We, as a company, actively promote and facilitate the voluntary and direct engagement of our employees in community development. Our team actively participates in various CSR activities such as health camps, school enrollment drives, food-kit distribution, and contributes to the technical and engineering aspects of construction and renovation projects for community panchayat buildings, school structures, and water supply and harvesting facilities in the plant's neighbouring communities. Our plant-level employees also take the initiative to organise fire safety training sessions at the village and school levels to enhance awareness. The "Ladies Club" at the plant, predominantly comprises of the wives of our employees, supports diverse programs including stitching, tailoring, beautician training, embroidery, and life skills development for boys and girls in the plant's surrounding villages. Members of the ladies' club actively organise mentoring and counselling sessions for school and college-going youth in nearby villages, contributing to skill development within the local community.
